As the owner/operator of a business that provides services to the boards of directors of not-for-profit associations, I provide a full range of administrative services including the management of high-quality events for these associations. 


  1. Administrative support including:

    • database and website management

    • attending board meetings; creating and distributing comprehensive and accurate Minutes

    • handling all correspondence, mail, and email, from the membership

    • liaising with association headquarters

  2. Organize, prioritize, and manage many tasks simultaneously, delegate effectively as appropriate and respond flexibly and adaptably to all changes as required.

  3. Assist in negotiations with speaker bureaus for speakers or panelists.

  4. Have a sound understanding of all budget requirements and limitations.

  5. Work with my clients to communicate event parameters to ensure good deals are negotiated with all vendors.


My clients include large, medium-sized, and smaller not-for-profit associations for whom I provide services as required by the board.


My experience during my professional career has been gained through law firms and banking, both retail and corporate. In the mid-1980s, my husband and I opened a business centre in downtown Toronto, providing office space to small business owners together with telephone answering and mailing address services with a Bay Street address.  Several customers who were directors of not-for-profit associations asked me to provide the services outlined above for their associations. I have been working with these and other similar organizations for 20+ years and this forms the basis of my current business.
